pasUnity 4.49.0.0 RTM is now generally available.

This release contains performance improvements and significant new functionality.

FTP

pasUnity can now be configured with a public and private IP address to allow for use in advance routing scenarios such as network address translation (NAT).  Configure both the internal and external IP address on an agent and the correct address will automatically be selected and returned to the caller based on whether NAT is detected.

Database

Resilient SQL capabilities have been built into the product so that automatic retry intervals are automatically introducted as 5, 15, 30, and 45 second intervals or in response to transient server states.  This allows jobs to survive termporary database server outages such as cluster failover and transient network conditions when patching or live migrating virtual machines.

Managed Code

The development of managed code for the .NET Framework (either in C# or Visual Basic) has been greatly augmented by the introduction of advanced syntax completion (intellisense) and highlighting (color coding).  Now you can edit code with an experience very similar to that found in Visual Studio or other code editing tools.
