Description
Sets the casing of each character in the supplied string to uppercase, if applicable.
Arguments
1.Upper - Name of the Macro.
2.String - The string to manipulate.
Examples
<Upper|ThE CAt iN thE HAt>
Returns "THE CAT IN THE HAT".
Notes
Useful when doing comparisons that are case sensitive.
