The Tasks module allows for the configuration of custom attributes in addition to standard module attributes.
For settings common to all modules please see the modules settings topic. Settings specific to this module are detailed below.
•Default Primary Assignment Roles: When one or more roles are selected from the drop down, these roles will by default be added as the primary assignment roles for each new task.
•Default Secondary Assignment Roles: When one or more roles are selected from the drop down, these roles will by default be added as the secondary assignment roles for each new task.
•Default Notification Assignment Roles: When one or more roles are selected from the drop down, these roles will by default be added as the notification assignment roles for each new task in addition to the account that created the task.
•Enable Email Notifications: When checked, automated notifications will be sent to each account contained within the primary and secondary assignment roles of tasks that are overdue, due today, or due within the next 30 days.
•User Defined Field 1 Name: The display name for user defined field 1. When no value is specified the column will not be shown. Changing the name will not result in a loss of data.
•User Defined Field 2 Name: The display name for user defined field 2. When no value is specified the column will not be shown. Changing the name will not result in a loss of data.
•User Defined Field 3 Name: The display name for user defined field 3. When no value is specified the column will not be shown. Changing the name will not result in a loss of data.
•Status Options: This is a list of options for the status field on the task module. Multiple items can be separated with a comma, semicolon, or put on their own line. The first specified value will be the default value used for all new tasks. If the status options are changed, existing tasks will not break if the configured status option is no longer available, but cannot be updated until the status option is corrected.
